"BETTENDORF – Traffic is moving across the I-74 bridge again, after officials closed the bridge for 90 minutes Friday morning.
Security at the Isle of Capri noticed an abandoned tanker trailer under the Iowa side of the bridge earlier this morning and called police.
The Bettendorf Bomb Squad was called to the scene, and a HAZMAT crew secured the area under the bridge. A mobile command center was set up in Bettendorf.
The trailer was found to be empty"
