Don’t forget Oceans 8, another steaming pile of pc crap..
And Solo, or what I call the death knell of Star Wars.
I highly doubt I watch it at any point. I still haven't seen the Ghostbusters remake and I never will. From what I've been told I'm not missing anything.

I missed some but I'm tired.
I agree Casino Royale was the best Daniel Craig Bond film and the best in the history of the franchise imo. I can watch it over and over. And it was not politically correct at all. I doubt they would make it like that today.
Will have to wait and see how Craig's final Bond film turns out. Maybe the female agent will be good in it. You never know. I just don't think they can top Craig's first effort with Bond which was his best. I would have personally preferred that they kept James Bond as 007. They could have done a spinoff with a female agent - but why change 007?
Same here. Don't plan on watching it.
I thought that movie with Blunt and Cruise was pretty good actually. And a sequel might happen. Too bad Bill Paxton will not be in it.

Unsolicited CV355 Opinion Time:
I don't care what nationality, heritage, race, etc an actor/actress is in a story. But, forcing race into stories where it wasn't originally intended is the exact opposite of the "multi-culturalism" that leftists claim they desire. Can we cast a white guy for an MLK documentary? How about casting an Australian as Malcolm X? Or Pocahontas, but it's actually a trans-muslim MTF-TM^3 ternary-fluid BYOBBQ'xer? Doesn't fit, does it?
It's easier to respect other cultures when we allow them to be unique. Feel left out? Invent your own stories where the culture is honored instead of forced. No need to hijack the success of others just to push your own agenda.
Virtue signaling for media attention. Free publicity. OMG LOOK WHAT THEY DID!
It's not about the stories anymore. It's not about the entertainment. It's about creating and capitalizing on controversy.
The same plague is affecting all facets of life in this bleak period of history. We have so much technology, information is available to us that was previously unthinkable. However... Quality is going down the shitter, nobody cares about anything anymore, and just when you think something was created solely to put a smile on someone else's face, a goddamn ad pops up and you realize that's corrupted too. Of course you have to turn a profit, but there's seriously no desire for quality, craftsmanship, longevity.
The Bourne series is nothing like James Bond, movie or books.
Did you even watch it? Sure there is some SJW shit in it, but overall it was a good movie.
I was actually to the point that I was kinda looking forward to Idris Elba playing the role. I think he would've done a great job.
But this? Nah....this is nonsense. Won't be watching this one, which is a shame, because I've seen all the rest.
Idris Elba would have a good choice. This nonsense is political correctness run amuck.
Maybe this new 007 will die falling down a maintinence hole within the first 5min and then James Bond has to come back and re-take HIS 007 badge and we'll all be happy... I can dream
Yes, or perhaps Henry Cavill.
Or it takes a 750 million dollar hit on the first week and then take another 500 million dollar hit the 2nd week when the fan base and regular people don't come out and see the dang thing. Again go Woke Go Broke has never been more true. When will the studio's and Hollywood get it through their thick skull that catering to these fringe identity groups are not the ones that support yopu and never will.
007 has a history and canon and when you go against it bad things are to be sure to come out, they had to get rid of Dalton because of it.
First ever black James Bond girl blasts casting of actress Lashana Lynch who is taking over as 007 | Daily Mail Online
Clearly a racist.
I honestly think he’s too much of a dandy pretty boy to play bond. Connery and Craig are gritty and what Ian Fleming intended.
I've been waiting for him to take up the role.
Cavill was pretty good in Mission Impossible and Man from Uncle. So I can see him playing an agent. Elba would also have been interesting.
If this girl plays the role convincingly I'll be the first to admit it. We'll have to see how it turns out. But it will be tough to top / beat Craig in Casino Royale. His performance was amazing imo. I agree Connery's performances were also gritty.
I liked Roger Moore even though his take on Bond was more humorous - that was his strong point. Brosnan disappointed me a little. I thought at the time he would have been the ideal Bond. He was not terrible but did not have the athleticism of Craig or Connery nor the humor of Moore.
Who Is The Most Athletic James Bond? | Young Athlete Hub
2. Daniel Craig
I think you are splitting hairs between him and Sean Connery. Craig is the only actor under 6′, standing at 5′ 10″. Maybe it is the sign of the times, but his Bond has to be put through all sorts of demanding physical scenes. He was around 36, 37 when he did his first film and his very first action scene he had to chase a parkour specialist. A classic scene, but showed Craig’s running form (pretty good) and his athleticism to not mimic the parkour dude, but at least keep up with his stunts. Finally, if you ask any female they will take note that Craig’s Bond has like 9% body fat and he is cut up in all the right places. You would definitely say that Craig’s Bond is not being pushed around by just anybody and can definitely handle himself.
1. Sean Connery
The first actor to assume the role of James Bond started at 32 and held the role for much of his thirties. Connery himself was a former bodybuilder and apparently a good footballer. He was offered a pro contract at 23, but he turned it down thinking he had a better shot at being an actor. Connery stood at 6′ 2″ and what people remember most about his Bond was that he was imposing and wasn’t going to be pushed around. He had some pretty memorable fight scenes that required a lot of strength and athleticism. I guess Connery was able to call on real life experiences for that. Rumor has it that in his 20’s while working as an actor, he was getting harassed by a local gang. Eventually, 6 guys chased him until Connery decided enough was enough. He broke one guy’s arm, smashed two guy’s heads together, and after that the gang never bothered him again. Once I heard that, he moved past Craig as the number one most athletic James Bond.
