ok so I have a 2001 Cobra, with a SLP full exhaust. It sounds good, but I want to complete it with a set of SLP headers for a better sound and more importantly that extra horsepower. The problem is the only SLP longtube headers I can find for a DOHC motor they say are for the 03-04 S/C Cobras and the Machs. What I can't understand is why they wouldn't work on my car? I essentially have the same motor-we all know Machs are N/A stock just like an 01 Cobra. So my question is, would the SLP longtubes most likely work on my car? Personally I don't see why they wouldnt, but I wanted to get some more opinions before I threw down a grand and a few hours if they wont work. And if they won't, does anyone have any longtube suggestions that could be used in place of SLP but mount to the SLP hi-flow cats with little trouble? I'm not trying to be stupid, but I've been all over google and ask and I still can't get any straight answers. So here I am. Thanks in advance.
