SN95 IAT question - Procharger

My 96’ Cobra was purchased with a VMP blow through MAF setup, and I noticed the IAT sensor is still plugged into the power pipe.

Can I wire the IAT harness directly to the slot style MAF sensor to integrate the IAT and if so what is the proper way to do this? If not will I just have to add a spot for the separate sensor post blower to get accurate IAT?

IIRC the IAT pins are the outside two pins on the MAF plug. Provided it has the 6 pin connector. And that it doesn't matter which way they're wired.

If you end up running a separate IAT sensor in that pipe I would suggest picking up a Lightning IAT2 sensor and matching bung.

I’m not sure on the 99-04 thing from VMP. 96-mid01 had IATs separate from the MAF. I can’t confirm it will work pre 99 but I don’t see why not. Mid01-04 had IAT integrated with the MAF and MAF harness.

VMP website confirmed with my solder in harness I can do it, just wanted to confirm that I can connect the IAT wires to either of the grey from the harness, orientation doesn’t matter.
