Does it at least have a cast iron compressor? Would try to get that if you can.
(or at least cast iron sleeves in alum compressor like this).

It states cast iron, so I believe so?

I'm a more go than show guy. The vinyl also lets natural light in, as I have 4' high clear panels running along the top
of each eave. This is early on, but it shows clear panels. Many days I don't need any lights on inside.

Did do 2" spray on insulation (don't want sheetrock), have no issue getting to 60 degrees pretty quick with
one decent size NG heater (and one small wall heater in fab room). Here is that same room today.

It's 50 X 64. I use it every day (night).
That is a BIG garage. Does look like you're utilizing the space nicely. I especially like the equipped fab room. You've got great equipment.

Is that the heater (white) on the right side in the Fab Room photo?

That's a nifty cleaner pole. Did it come with wider dusting attachments?

You can buy it as a kit with extra attachments. I had to buy the one shown separate.

It's amazing when you get a brand new (clean) garage or shop, how you start to accumulate all kinds of stuff to keep it clean. LOL. I've got a mop & bucket, 36" wide push mops, wall and cabinet duster, and more.

Yeah it's crazy. Never thought I'd be buying all this cleaning stuff. I have ocd when it comes to stuff like this.

Haha. I'm cool with that, she'll stop by but doubtful she'll stay as long as me! And she definitely won't clean lol.

Sounds like a great time to me!

Just slowly adding some stuff. I had to take the battery out of the terminator piston clock. It's quite loud and annoys me!

My cobra certificate build is just in a temporary spot for now. Already had a nail in that spot lol.

I ordered a SVT banner in a 4"x2", that will go out in the shop.

And a functioning clock.

Brady, I am getting closer to the floor coating. What type would you go with if you were in the south?

Your message about the clock made me chuckle, I was the same way when I first got my clock, but now......

I have learned to love the sound of the tick....

That last photo looking into your office looks inviting.

It will be for friends, not strangers!

I'd definitely go polyurea coating. Especially if you can find someone with a good warranty.
