Stage 2 Cam install

I got a new set of Stage 2 comp cams NSR ready to install.. I will be installing boss302 racing springs.. question is .. do I need to install new lash adjusters and rocker arms also?? I see a lot of adds that say if upgrading cams its good to go ahead and replace these.. my coyote has 55k miles .. just marketing or necessary?? I don't want to spend the cash on rocker arms and cam followers from ford racing to the tune of probably another 500 bucks if it isn't needed..
