I've got a few parts on my CSVT and my Lightning I'd like to polish out. I've got 180-1500 Grit sandpaper, Blue Magic Polish and a dremel at my disposal. What are the correct steps and how much time with each grit and etc... I've tryed before and couldn't reach the "mirror" finish i see so many people end up with. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Parts to be included are
-exhaust tips
-random engine bay parts both L and CSVT
-csvt's vortech pipes and blower

I've spent about 10 mins using google and yahoo and could not find a decent website or how to. I may be searching the wrong keywords. Who knows... Thanks for any info guys.

if the stainless parts are in decent shape start with the highest grit to can to avoid making more work for yourself. i wouldnt think you would need the 150 grit as it will make deeper scratches youll then have to remove. with each grit you have to take your time and make sure all the scratches have been removed from the previous grit. prob need to go up to 2000/2500 then polish for a mirror shine
