Looking to wake up my Stock 03 Lighting... I do have a quarter house I can use, so my question is how can I get a little more power/torque without changing the pulley? Just trying to keep it stock looking under the hood...

Air filter, exhaust and 91 tune.
Aftermarket valve body will make it feel faster

I dont recall what just a tune gains but a bigger lower pulley isn't much of a visual change and you have to leave over the radiator and look down at it.

4 lb lower, street valve body and a tune would be great imho

Good suggestion if he wants to keep it “looking” stock. A modest HP/TQ increase won’t feel like much of an increase. A larger lower and a tune WILL be felt. JMO.

A 2# lower doesn’t require a tune. When I bought my truck it had a 2# lower. It would give you a little more over stock.
