Stuck rich CELs. Tune or other issue?

Installed ID1000s, changed tune and converted to e85. Had 2 codes pop up after driving a mile or so. P2196, P2198 o2 sensors stuck rich.

Re checked everything under the hood to no avail, didn't notice any vacuum leaks. Cleared the code and drove for a while. After little driving two more codes popped up P172 and P175 system running rich bank 1 and 2.

Not really sure if this could be tune related or something that I messed up during installation.

Lambse bank 1/2 read .97 at idle and .85 when I gave it some power until about 5k. Didn't go wide open.

2011 m6 10k miles on motor/55k on body. id1000s, o/r h pipe, stock manifold/tb, air raid cai, stock headers

Maybe re-verify with your tuner if he wrote the tune for everything you mentioned. How does it idle? Maybe an injector stuck open or part open?

It idles really well. It feels smoother than it did when I was running 93.
