Swapping to 3.73's ...Questions

I'm looking at swapping this into my 02 5sp GT and I'll be honest - I don't know much about rear ends so I will be having a shop do the install. What I'd like help with is if this is all I need for the install for the shop? Also, looking for help to adjust my speedometer without a tuner. Sorry for the n00b post
