Holy cow, is the web and photobucket being a total bear today.

Fuel system done. Exhaust done, maybe a little fidly bits adjusting after the car runs.

Coolant system mock up.

Seats mocking up yet to do. Couple gauges and other fiddly bits.

Getting closer.

Coolant system hoses all done.

Using the stock seat brackets with custom mounts for the Kirkey seats.

I have had front BMR A arms sitting in my shed for quite some time. Decided to have them put on with the new struts. Rear suspension good to go.

Easy oil filter access.

Couple gauges and seats about all that is left. Danny is working on a start up tune so, might come to life next week.

Seats in, still playing with the brackets on driver seat. Stock seat belts play well with the seats. No interference with the shoulder wing on anything. Really like the seat back height and padding on headrest.

Nice view with hood open

Shop powered up pump so I could check it out. Had a few very small leaks in system when first filled, but ready to go now.

NOTE: The Kirkey mount is not long enough to use with stock seat mounts. They fabbed up some mounts using the Kirkey mount as a template.

Also decided to upgrade the LCAs to something a little more stout.

Gauges are in except for a little fiddly bits wiring.

Car is really close, all fluids in, Danny working on tune.

Parts are installed. Well, I guess the harness isn't in yet because the scrotum cruncher strap plate isn't here yet. And will still fiddle with getting the airbag light off.

But, tech actually was running to get some pump gas to do the initial startup and break in on dyno tune. Danny prefers not to use E85 on startup and break in to minimize risk of fuel wash down of cylinders.

When they did the initial spin over of motor to verify that it actually would, the supercharger belt tried to walk off the tensioner. The plate was about 1.5 degrees from true. So they pulled the tensioner plate back off and tweaked the spacers and she is all good to go. Possibly slight variance in timing cover production, who knows, glad they caught it before the engine fired and spit the belt.

Dodged a bullet. Pump being sent back to AEM for failure analysis.
