I spoke with a rep from Ford Racing and they are having machining problems and he estimated they won't be available until the end of the year. It's still on Summit Racings website but, the eta for shipping increases every day, which means they have no idea when it will ship.

Why wait, give them a call now.
Sid, I hoped someone on here such as yourself may have connections with FRPP, leading to better information. Regardless, doesn't appear so, so I called the tech line...

The guy who I spoke to said the ETA in "the system" is 9/30. He went on to say the MSRP is currently listed as $3,900, but pricing will go up a few hundred dollars after 1 June. When asked if I could place an order prior to 1 June to secure the current $3,900 price, he said no. As suspected, he didn't seem to have any specific knowledge of the status or root cause of the delay. He just said, "there are a lot of supply chain delays these days".

Unless that block finds its way into the Raptor R, I'll be surprised if it ever sees the light of day.

I reached to one of the Ford Performance engineers working on the Werewolf block via Linkedin, and surprisingly received a response this afternoon. He said that they have encountered a number of commercial issues that have delayed launch, but they have a plan and anticipate introduction late this year.

An update for those who may be interested in the Werewolf block. I followed up with my contact at Ford Performance, and just received feedback… The program has been impacted by further supply chain delays, but the team has been working very hard to release it ASAP. The current plan has it available in April. He went on to say that they’ve placed a few blocks in factory CJ cars and the racers and engine builders have been very happy with the block.
