I struggled with figuring out how to make the stock radiator work with a bigger turbo. Had dewitts radiator in howell mi make this for me.

2 core 1 1/4" tubes. Uses -20 coolant fittings, has fittings for factory coolant sensor, and an optional for a spal fan controller. Hope this helps with anyone wanting to have a radiator made. All factory mounting locations. It floats like factory. You can't set it in any farther than this.

What's the cost on a rig like that ?

This particular rig was about $575, but was worth it just for the great fit. Plus the -20 fittings aren't cheap

That's honestly cheaper then I expected. It looks like a real quality piece and we all know quality isn't cheap

I figured the cost of a fluidyne, or mishi, plus the money to pay a fabricator to modify it not even knowing if it will work would cost more than to have a custom one off made that i knew would fit perfect the first time. This is because of the size of the s475

Thats awesome! I was expecting 3x the price honestly. With that kinda fitment, I think maybe I can fit a bigger radiator with my setup even keeping the condenser, it would just have less air gap between the two

You could probably make something work, but it is still 3" thick

I'll get ahold of you, if you want I'll drop mine back off so they can replicate it for you.
