Actually, they've been offically changed to Sexually Transmitted Infections here too, but everyone says STDs (I have a doctor's excuse out of gym, and have to summarize an article a day). I laugh every time I see an STi because of that, and think about the car seeing action. It's very possible that the wing is a result of CRI (Car Ricer Infection, which is when a ricer makes love to the tailpipe so much that it increases diameter threefold, and the car sprouts a bodykit, usually beginning with a wing).
