Lund tuned here. I have a Whipple oval mono, tuned by Dasan (RIP) when he was at Lund. Falls a little flat out of boost but when that thing hits, hold on!

The KB168 looks like its built like a tank, tbh.

^^^^I agree........

Just by adding the Lund recommended PBH package with KB168/XBA Plenum/Larger JLT CAI my Torque power curve came in a few hundred rpms sooner....laid down 600ft lbs+ from 2700-6100RPM. Same peak TQ at 680rw/4300rpm over VMP 67/Ported BPS Plenum but WAY better shaped power curve.......... gained 34rwhp..Very Happy. Thanks to Lund for their awesome support.
Dyno was pulled thru 4.10 gears.

Lund tuned on a FRPP with no issues...... I had an issue last month regarding rpm searching/stalling when pushing in the clutch. Was because I had the mantic lightened steel flywheel. Jon Jr fixed it all up and now perfect.

On another note, what do you guys think I’d gain for power swapping adding a 2.4” upper, KB168, XBA inlet, and a JLT148 or aDD149?

Looking above, I’d bet your looking at 40+rwhp.
Is your blower ported?
Probably best to just buy my ported 2R and matching TB. :)

Oh ok. Not sure it’s worth the cost for the gains for me. I’m still debating an engine build. Either JDM or BPS... if I go that route I may just leave my current setup on for a year so I can save up and budget out a tt setup. If I don’t do the build then I might be interested in your gen2r. What TB do you have? Would your setup still gain the 40rwhp? Price?

Finally got my XBA setup all finished and I couldn't be happier, the car runs better than it ever has with just the base tune from Lund.

I've decided to pursue the KB throttle body for the 2650. It appears you need to order direct from KB. Anyone know what XBA stands for?

I know Weir racing can sell you one for 750. Just wondering who else can or if they are any cheaper. The adapter from Scott looks awesome, I got it in the mail monday.

Always assumed xba was extra big ass.

Or Xtreme Bad Ass. I just ordered an adapter this morning. Trying to decide on twin or mono. Leaning toward the latter.

What is the harness for?
For the KB BAP, they're now plug and play, it's so much easier.
Lund likes BAP for that combo. Good idea.
Looks great Steve

Thanks buddy, I can't believe how good the driveability was last night, I figured it was going to take a lot to get it perfect.
@2011 gtcs Where did you get your KB168 at?
Van from revanracing, give him a call and he'll take care of you.

I think it does too lol.

Just go with the KB168, the KB twin is good also. But driveability will be the same

Great to hear a good result. It’s all in the tune and I agree with you; if you have a proven TB no downside to letting these chargers eat!

Yup, and the KB168 seems to be the only mono blade T/B that works, I'll doing some WOT logs this weekend.
