Thumbs Up On Steeda Customer Service

Well I bought a Steeda CAI about a month ago and today I received a Steeda Logo'd Thank You card containing the agent's business card and a hand written note thanking me for my business. This is the kind of customer service that gets repeat customers:thumbsup: Even though I wouldnt buy every part Steeda makes they sure rank highly in my book for customer care/follow-up. Its a rarity these days...

thats a great way of getting refferals. I work in sales and referral base is best made thru stuff like this. It makes a good statement and makes the customer remember the name and then service that they recieved.
