I'm going to clean the intake, SC, IC and anything else that is dirty while I'm in there this weekend. I've never pulled the IC/SC before, are the gaskets reuseable-as long as I dont jack them up:cuss: -?

Check out the how-to sections. Its an easy task if you have the right tools and accessories.

The gaskets are reuseable in most instances. Inspect them thoroughly just in case. During the removal process, don't force them off, they will crease easily. Just use a little patience!

Change the plugs while your at it ... it will be the best time to get a new set of plugs in there with everything being off.

Any cleaner that does not effect the coating of the rotors of the supercharger. It did it a couple of weeks ago, if you have the right tools and time it's a doable job. In the how-to section there's some good info on how to proceed. I did use new gaskets, they're not that expensive so I would recommend to just put some new ones in.

Threads that helped me out alot were these:

If I lived anywhere near I'd give you a hand but 99% of L owners are a bit out of my reach :)

use greased lightning on the IC, spray it on and rinse well after a minute or two, repeat a few times and it will be as clean as new, I didnt clean the inside of my blower, didnt want to disturb the already flaking rotors.
