When it's really cold out, your computer slows the timimg down right? However my question is this. Long after your engine has warmed up and the has been running for a long time, does the computer still slow down the timing if the air coming into the intake is very cold, say 10 degrees?

Yes,
It is controled with the IAT sensor. That is why a few of the 99-01 guys are putting a resistor from radio shack into the IAT plug on warm days to fool the computer to think its 15 degrees outside.
Downside to that is you have to run 93 octane mixed with a bit of 104 race fuel to prevent detonation.
Sorry for the babble :D

There are various ways to tune the EEC-IV in the '94-'95's.
Ranging from chips to EEC-Tuners where you program just about anything however you want!
