Trailering a GT

Has anyone trailered their car? If so, how did you attach the straps to the car? I'm picking up my car on Saturday, and am trying to avoid any suprises.

On my very low 944 Turbo Cup, I bought a couple of 2 or 3 foot long straps, looped those thru each wheel, then clipped the long ratcheting strap to each.

On my very low 944 Turbo Cup, I bought a couple of 2 or 3 foot long straps, looped those thru each wheel, then clipped the long ratcheting strap to each.

I have straps to go thru the wheels, but it's my least favorite way of attaching. Wasn't sure if the car has built in, or recommended attaching points. I have a GT3, that I installed bolt on "loops" for the strap hooks to attach to.
