Jeez, father of 2 and only 29 years old. RIP.

Any player who started kneeling now, post Trump comments, is doing it for the attention IMO. Fake outrage due to Trump blasting the 1 or 2 players who were still kneeling.

Perhaps? That's the GM of the 49ers saying they were releasing Kaep. I'd call it the ole "resign or get fired". Why would Lynch need to save face?

He's better than at least 5 starting QB's and better than every backup QB in the league. There's been some terrible QB play in the league this year.

No one wants to bring the bullshit and drama into the locker room/team. I would think he would be like a cancer, tearing the team into 2 groups. **** that and **** him.

Better yet....tag the tall one while the round-faced one makes me a sammich and the overbite one feeds me grapes.

The ability of this player at the time of release (or decision to release) is germane while the comparisons to players of the here and now is not IMO.

He's not nearly good enough to command a position on a team with the baggage that he brings. Yeah, he might be better than a small handful of quarterbacks out there but if I'm a team owner, I don't want him.

Bingo! It takes more than raw talent to be a leader, and he doesn't show me anything that would make me be willing to let him lead my team. Or any team. His actions doomed him, and he is too blind to admit it. Poor judgement doesn't make for a good quarterback. Let me ask this simple question. When he started to take the knee, was it just before he ran out onto the field to lead his team as the starting quarterback, or was it something he did before returning to the bench to watch the game, abet with very good seats and a nice check for coming? Chicago just got rid of a quarterback with considerably more talent than CK, but couldn't keep the whole team around him either.

There are bad leaders too. Piss off the fans, alienate your sponsors and put them in a bad light, do not be surprised if I do not want to touch you to appease the justice league. It is the national football league not the national justice league.

Great deal when the few escapes we get from the lefts hate is now part of weekend. Sorry if our money does not support all the whine machines tear drops.

Had 14 people over for Thanksgiving yesterday. Given the crowd, wife asked if I was going to keep football off the TV. Said as a host I would defer to the crowd, but plugged in Monty Python's The Holy Grail in the background as we sat down to eat. So many lines in that show you don't need to watch to visualize. As everyone finished everyone migrated to the TV as usual, but no one even mentioned football. Backed up the Grail with Airplane and dessert. Good day.

Never even thought to watch those cucks yesterday. Football is but a mere afterthought.

Let those ass****s protest the flag and the country all they want. They are dead to me.

Football wasn't on at any of the people's houses I went to either. Even my overly liberal family members had it off. The NFL pissed off a lot of people.

What the whole irony is, liberals do not watch the game and the poor cannot afford to go.

Not a single game on here. We watched wizard of oz and Charlotte's Web with the kids.
