The only reason I consider selling is to build a car that my dad and I were going to do together before he passed away earlier this year. So if I pursue that project, it will be in memory of him.

I would rate the paint a 9 out of 10. Not perfect but in really nice condition. I keep it cleaned and it has a nice ceramic-coating/detail.
Original leather red/black seats (original 10th anniversary edition) are in great shape. Some normal wear on driver side, but no rips. Factory documents/manuals included in addition to my receipts and paperwork.
Car has 90k miles on body and engine.
