Who is a recommended tuner of Whipple Cobra's in the Minneapolis area?

Other option would be to get a mail tune from a trusted tuner and have it dyno'd just to make sure tune is spot on.

I've been reffered to DB by some guys I work with. I also see the local SVT club will go there. Hopefully I can get out there in the next week or two so I can check my AF and maybe data log.

the guys at kenne bell recommended DB. from what ive seen when shopping around for different setups (n20,s/c or port) DB was always cheaper then HiTech by about 20 percent
