Chris ‘BoostedGT’ Hamilton and Mike Murillo will appear at Bowling Green

With the Ford drag racing season drawing to its conclusion, racers and fans alike anticipate a trip to the Bluegrass State for the race of the year. As if deciding points battles, crowning champions and seeing crazy performances in specialty classes wasn’t enough, the NMRA is giving you two more reasons—Chris ‘BoostedGT’ Hamilton and Mike Murillo.
That’s right. The racing television celebs, which appear on Street Outlaws and House of Grudge will be on hand to meet fans and have a little fun on Grudge Night just like they did at last year’s World Finals…

“Every Ford fan in the world knows that the Nitto Tire NMRA All-Ford World Finals is the must attend event of the year as Blue Oval insanity reigns supreme in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This year’s 18th annual event the weekend of September 29 - October 2, 2016, will be off the hook crazy with NMRA heads-up drag racing, special events, and celebrity appearances from Street Outlaws’ Boosted GT and Mike Murillo! Boosted GT and Murillo will both be set-up on the midway all day Saturday, October 1st, and they will participate in the 2nd Annual after hours NMRA Grudge Night Saturday evening!”
Naturally, Chris will have his turbocharged ’03 Cobra on the property and Mike Murillo will be accompanied by “Lafawnduh,” his turbocharged ’93 Mustang. They will join a host of other racers competing in the heads-up classes, like Street Outlaw, Renegade and Coyote Modified, as well as participants in specialty classes like the Terminator/GT500 Shootout, EcoBoost Battle and Turbo Coyote Shootout.
