Ultra copper rtv on manifold/ xpipe connection

I have a minor leak on the passenger side collector . Exhaust manifold to xpipe connection
I tried a new felpro gasket , new walker gasket but both leak

I'm ready to try a new oem ford gasket and some copper rtv .

I've had good luck with copper rtv further back on the exhaust on previous vehicles.

Would copper ultra high temp rtv work on the manifold to xpipe connection ?

Yeah I use copper RTV on the pass side along with the gasket

I can't believe its that hard to get it to seal with the gasket. Does the midpipe not have the right angle/bends in it or is the flange not straight.

I think the stock midpipe has a grove for the gasket , not sure about others but the pypes mid pipe does not.
