What's the difference in the 3000 and the 3015?

The X3 3000 is custom tune only, which means you use it to load your own custom tune on the car. The SF3 3015 can upload custom tunes but also comes with three preloaded tunes on it written by SCT designed for stock to close to stock vehicles.

The SCT tuner is HOW you upload a tune, how well the vehicle runs is dependant on who WRITES your tune if that makes any sense.
