Have two used, unlocked SCT X3 3000 for $250 shipped each. Updated to latest firmware from SCT, load your own custom tune on it and good to go. Can see from pics 100% unlocked. Hit me up with any questions, glad to help.

Yeah, the 2nd one was made later as the serial on it starts with XP and the first one is year or two older as it starts with X3 on the serial. But both will work just fine with your own custom tunes as I updated em to latest firmware from SCT just a couple days ago.
