Hey everyone, So I've been trying to find a good picture or description of how the engine vacuum lines are run but have had no luck. If anyone on here would be generous enough to snap some really good pictures or write up a very good description about this I would be very grateful! I've been trying to finish up my car for what feels like forever and this is one of the final things I need to get done.
Shoot, thought it would show up in the signature I could've swore I put in. So it's a 97 Cobra motor, Vortech V2-Si with the 2.69 pulley, 60lb injectors, head cooling mod, 90mm LMAF.
Yes....yes I have, for quite a long time. I use forums as a last resort. But hey, I see that you have the same motor that I have posted about, so could you be awesome and help me out instead of giving a snarky reply?
I will be going in sometime "soon," but maybe no soon enough to help you. there is a thread on here where someone just took their dash out,he may have taken pics.
Can you see what you need here: https://www.svtperformance.com/threads/engine-pics-of-402-mile-virgin-96-mystic.1165678/
I actually have seen that post. Although I can't quite see in the second picture if there is only one line coming from the back passenger side of the intake to the fuel pressure regulator or two. But the sixth picture makes it look like there is a second line that comes from the same place and goes to an unpictured area. And on the eighth picture I can see the green line that goes to the EGR valve but can't see where the red line that is attached to the green line goes.
If you tell me what exactly you need to see, I can take some more pics or video. It may be a few days with my work schedule, but I’ll get to it soon.
I would like pictures of the red hard vacuum lines that run from driver side of the intake to the passenger side of the intake. Or if you live close by and have a minute I can come and see what I need for myself since it says you live in DFW and I'm in NRH.
