Well, after finally having a day with sunlight involved, I decided to put the top down. Well, this factory cover is HORRIBLE. So, I said f-it and left without a cover.

Coming back home, I began researching the site and it seems I'm not the only one who thinks it sucks.

I found an OEM Ford soft cover and was curious if anybody is using this? If so, any pictures?

Thanks!

I don't think that is OEM. To my knowlege there are only two OEM styles

To me this one looks like an after thought topboot.jpg

This is the one I have convertcover.jpg

Although people have said this one will fly off on occasion, I believe that is because they don't reach underneath to make sure the clips near the side windows are not properly engage. I have driven interstates and never had a problem.

That's funny I have the top one and it is oem unless they changed them later on. I agree though it fits like sh**. I have it stored away cause I can't stand the way it looks

Yeah, what brand/model?

Both of the photos I posted are OEM.

Mine is part # F8ZB-1509688. The tag with the part number calls it a Dust Cover, indicates it was made in 1999 by Process Bonding Inc.

I do not know if you can still get them at Ford. There are a couple on eBay

http://www.ebay.com/itm/94-04-Ford-...ash=item41a1d8dbde:g:U9cAAOSwsB9V~BiZ&vxp=mtr

http://www.ebay.com/itm/ORIGINAL-FA...ash=item419565dfec:g:u8kAAOSwgkRVSTDD&vxp=mtr

http://www.ebay.com/itm/94-04-Ford-...ash=item1c5f64ed9e:g:RSIAAOSw5IJWcYlj&vxp=mtr

Te Ebay listings give these alternative part numbers F4ZB-7654400-AC & F4ZB-7654494-AB

Good luck with your search
