Assuming you don't run a staggered wheel setup (narrower on the front, wider on the rear), rotate the rear wheels to the front and see what happens. If the problem goes away, then you know the wheels need to be balanced.

I need to check my front wheels too. I’m noticing some play when I exit my driveway. I’ll back it up and see if there is any play at the 9/3 position and at the 12/6 position.

Most likely a tie rod.
