You are correct kind of. It is a loaded dynojet.... so it add's resistance, to simulate weight and resistance of rolling on the streets.
Of course real world on the streets still wont be that fast due to aerodynamics of these bricks.....

My L does it faster with just a 4lb pulley on the eaton and stock block. J/K badass truck man.

Blue is 93 octane.
