Viking Crusader settings

Have a set of Crusaders on the way from Van. I've dug up a few old threads on settings, but just wanted to get a fresh one going. What would you guys recommend as far as initial settings for these things on the street? 2011 on stock SVTPP springs, all the BMR goodies in the rear....

i would need to go back and read but I think I started w/ 3c 5r. I did mess with it once after that +1 for C&R. It is planting my tires way better than OEM and putting down the WHP. However, it can get bumpy with regular driving on bad streets.
