vmp email tunes

why does it take so long to get tunes form vmp i ordered a tune on the 20th of september and no tune yet sent a email the respones was it takes 10 days well ten days have come and gone no tune yet this is my first time dealing with vmp i dont know if this is common or somthing else

I know he has the wk off for the birth of his child. Have you tried calling as he does have other employees.
