It's running good. But after diagnosis Omj helped m3 determine that's it's got an intake leak. Pj suggested I cut some of the boot off the bottom. Yes I don't like the gap. I might just go back to oem

Doing great. Coil packs are actually from my towncar lol. And i used autolite copper

It's probably no big deal. I'd bet if you put the cover back on, it'll push the boot into place. As far as your intake leak, the most likely culprit is a hose, not your intake. I've had my intake on and off a few times and it's under pressure with 0 leaks on the factory gaskets--19 years old. Run an unlit MAPP torch around it and listen for the change.
