Warrant and DL Status PA Resident

I am wondering where I could look to find if a person has any active warrants and if they have a valid DL? The person resides in Pennsylvania. How could I go about this?

I don’t think either of those are public info.

But there are background services you can pay for that check for things like that. I know they can check DL. Not sure about active warrants.

But then that makes me think anybody could if they can…..

Not a LEO and just saw this as the latest post on the forum list page but many counties here in WI maintain an active warrant list. There are 3000+ on the list here!

Check the county the person lives in or counties they may frequently be in.
