Weld rt-s wheels brand new with tires!!

I bought this wheel setup for my my mustang, gonna go a different route brand new tires and rims have been mounted on car but never drove on. Would like to get 550 shipped The wheels are 15x3.95 with 2 1/2" backspace, mickey thompson sportsman s/r radial tires. Comes with 1/2" spacers and lug nuts also! I have $850 dollars in these when I bought them.

Do you have cobra brakes on your car with these or happen to know if they would clear? thanks
