The bottom pictures are sunglasses holders that lock into the passenger side sun visor.

Not sure about the top pictures.

Yes, you'll find it where the spare tire would normally be.

Capless tank fill funnel should be an off white funnel clipped onto the foam block for the trunk tire inflator thingy
Definitely a must have and I believe I’ve seen them at auto parts stores, so not dealer only.
