I saw a 2007 GT500 that was tuned at Vmp performance it made 673 rwhp horsepower and 650 torque pretty much with the stock injectors pump and a boost a pump vmp says that’s pretty close to the pump gas limit is this true because I’ve some can make closer to almost 750 at the wheel with the 2.8

......( sold in Sept. 2017 )
My 2011 made 776w..................stock bottom end................93 octane.
2.9 Whipple, mono-blade, headers, 80 lb injectors, tuned on the street.
With a built bottom end, a lot more is possible..

If you are going to shoot for the most power on 93 the biggest focus needs to be on limiting inlet and exhaust restrictions. The 2.3/2.65/2.8/2.9/3.0 etc… are all going to run out of steam in the mid 700s on 93 with a SLB 07-12.

Here is Kenne Bell data for a stock 2007-12 GT500 with their supercharger bolt-on package installed. The average owner won't see 700rwhp on 93 octane with a KB 2.8L.

The car does have long tube headers and should I replace the intake with a JLT one because it still has the stock one and what about the injectors are they good up until then or now gotta upgrade to 60 to 80 pound fuel injectors

Injectors will definitely need to be upgraded.

Who's tuning it for you? It will be worth checking with them on exactly which ones will work best for you. For example, some tuners don't recommend FIC injectors(Fuel Injector Clinic).

Yes you should replace the intake for best results.

Vmp did tune it back in 2009

VMP Gen 3R
Headers
Off Road H
JLT 123 MM intake
Stock Catback
13/14 Injectors or ID1000's
65 or 67 MM Throttle Body
700 on 93 and better down low torque than a Kenne Bell

Pass on Kenne Bell

Well can’t use twin blades if trying to achieve the most power on 93. JLT 123 is a little small. For exhaust 2” headers and free flowing 3.5” exhaust would probably yield best results. I doubt there is much difference in torque with both pullied the same/similar.

Hello
No difference in torque between what?

The 2.8 can make 750whp on 93oct. But it'll need a BAP and some ID injectors, headers and a OFR X-pipe will help a lot with making power more efficiently. The KB gimme 5 intake that comes with supercharger will support all the power you want. I personally like the 3.2 KB over the 2.8, but both are great choices.

I would add some ID1050X injectors, it'll give you room to grow and offer the best driveability and I can help you out on pricing. What pulley do you have currently on the car?
Also should I go back to Vmp to retune it or who else is good east coast of Fl wise to tune it
If VMP already tuned it once it'll be easy to go back to them.

Not too sure what do they come with stock with kit is there a number sequence anywhere on the actual supercharger pulley like for example 3.500 or 3.250

The kit standard comes with a 3.5, if you're on the 3.0 you should be close to 18psi. Are you still on the OE tensioner?
