What is this sound deadening piece?

When I got this car part of the trunk was torn apart. Besides trying to put all the pieces back together I cant figure out where this piece of sound deadening goes. :shrug:

Someone who has taken the truck/back seats apart please help me out!

Judging by the hump in the middle I would say its part of the rear seat back.

^^ that is what I thought too. Part of the floor and the hump was for the driveshaft channel. What I cant figure out is what the holes line up to.

I may have to take the seat out again and look. I thought the circles were for the seatbelts and the straight cuts were for the other part of the seatbelt mounts.

It goes under the rear seat bottom.

You guys are right. I didnt understand what the slots were cut in for. The circles lined up really nicely to the seatbelts but couldnt figure out what the slots were for so I wanted to check first.
