Have you and your GF considered a 2018 JL? Is it more of an evolutionary step or revolutionary going from the JK to the JL?

I feel ya. I bought the mustang because I've wanted a coyote since 2011. The 2018s pushed me over the edge. I will likely park it next summer and buy another shit box.

As I’ve grown older, my beaters have become a little less beatery. I’ll still use this as a truck any chance I get, and yes it sees off-road time as much as I can. No mall crawler here, but I’m not climbing rocks either.

I enjoy it and I don’t at the same time. I love big trucks and the SuperCrew cab is extremely nice with having 2 kids. The 6.5’ bed comes in handy, too.

I do miss some of my old trucks I used to have, though.

2nd pic was after I got done installing my new MBRP black series exhaust. Gives the 5.0 a nice rumble.

Should've gotten a bigger garage. Mine fits height wise, but it's about 4 inches too long to fit in the garage with all of my cabinets and tool boxes.

    2013 Hyundai Elantra
    Limited w/Technology Package

Bought new, June 9, 2912, for a commuter car. Commuted daily for a couple of years, then I got into a vanpool. It now has over 168,000 miles. I have had only one problem with the car and that was a front wheel/hub bearing that went bad around 110,000 miles. I'm still on the original F/R brakes, serpentine belt, shocks/struts, etc. It has been a reliable and pleasant car to drive/own. The car has no leaks or drips.

This is my first experience with Hyundai and I am impressed. I had high expectations with regard to fuel economy and quality. I have not been disappointed.

2005 Accord v6. Intercepted it from my sister who was trying to trade it in to a dealer for peanuts. 250k miles and still moving along well. I gotta say, Its nice having a car you really dont give a crap about. I look for the cheapest gas, Take it to cheap quick lube shops for cheap oil changes. Park it anywhere and leave it for hours without worrying. I feel like i can finally buy a "nice weather/side project" now and actually enjoy it.

    Bought it 11 months ago.

This car has been nothing but trouble for me.
First things first I had to change the torque converter as the lockup gave me trouble on the second week of ownership...
So far it has spent more time on Jackstands than on the tires for me.
If the car would've been any other American car with rusted bolts and shit I would've burnt it to the ground.
But it's so damn well built with quality hardware it's almost crazy. It's gone 200k KM in salty Sweden which eats cars for breakfast. And so far I haven't used WD40 on a single bolt. Keep in mind I've dropped the suspension all the way around and dropped the transmission.

And the car is a lovely car to drive. It's super comfortable and luxurious. It's showing its age though as the plastic starts to make horrible noises...

But it was cheap... And turned out to be quite expensive... Bought it for roughly $6000 equivalent and spent around $3000 in parts in just shy of 1 year of ownership...

Here's a pic of my lady washing it. Only one I have of the car on its wheels...

My daily driver is a 91 Lincoln Mark VII. All original just flipped 100K mile car (I'm an Ole Fart and hate the new nanny cars). Pic is too large though.

I daily a 2017 Charger 392. Not really a beater, but I only drive 5 miles or so a day to and from work, don't need another car.

Currently, a 2014 Accord EXL V6 Coupe, all loaded up. Was my dads business car, then I bought it off him.

Stock picture, since nothings changed. Might get wheels for it in the spring for the summer tires.

I like it a lot- 35+mpg on road trips, 280hp, and decently comfortable. But I am considering trading it in on a last-gen Ridgeline so I can tow the Jeep or Mustang in a pinch.
