What is your rev limit set to?

I tagged it a few weeks ago when I raced a foxbody. He wanted to start at 60 and I tried to start in second. Ended up spinning then tagging the limiter. Oops.

I have no clue what mine is set at. Whatever it was from the factory. Now, I have my shift light set up to come on around 6200 with a goal of shifting at 6500.

I had no chance against him anyway. It was just a fun run. I put the drag radials on shortly after that though.

I ran this one in my 01 and liked it. I currently have the gauge hooked up to my MS3 as my shift light.

I can't find them, but mine was 7200 on some datalogs I had done for tuning. Shift light goes off at 6200 like Bob said, it'll be little higher by the time I shift. My light.

I have my rev limiter set at 6800 in my tune and I have the factory shift light set at 5800. I shift at 6000.

I had my stock long block with the 3.4 whipple/28#'s rev limiter at 7200, would shift at between 6800-7000. Zero issues.

ETA: I did have head studs.

Little late here. Like a lot of you 7000 but shift at 6500.

My TVS 17psi cars limiter was set at 7000. Put 10k miles on it that way. Rarely shifted there but it was nice to have and sounded killer. Stock motor

Later on, my built motor/cams/turbo/auto car was doing like 7500 or a touch over.
