any street tire for 600hp will be pointless and leave you sliding in 4th
I have Conti ExtremeContact DW's (285/35-19) on my car with just under 600 at the wheel. I have never lost traction in 4th gear, even with temps in the 20's. As long as it's decently warm out (like say, 50's and up), 3rd usually sticks as well. I have a M6 with 3.31's BTW. 1st and 2nd will spin every single time, no matter the conditions.

I ran NT-05's on my 650 rwhp C6. The are a great tire....and hooked pretty well. I was running a 335 though.

I have 315 NT05R's I can still break em loose from a 4k rpm roll in 1st and carry it into 2nd with 3:31's and I'm no where near 600HP. Mickey's or Hosier DR's are going to be about the best tire for you. If you go down to a 15" rim and a 50 or 60 series sidewall you'll hook really well. That's my next plan on a set of racestars. just my .02
