truck has a 4lb lower, offroad mids, flowmaster catback, JLT CAI, and NGK TR6s, and a oil separator kit. what should be my next performance mod? best bang for the buck. truck made 376/465 with the mods above. if the intercooler is drenched in oil, how much power would it be worth to pull it off and clean everything up real good?

I wouldnt expect a huge power gain from cleaning it, it just increases its ability to cool longer.
If you dont have a valve body, get one. Who tuned the truck, if it isnt tuned by a reputable tuner, that should definetly be your next mod.
