Where does this Speed Nut go?

I'm in the process of installing the Laguna Seca Splitter on my GT. I have the bumper off and I see this speed nut laying on the ground. I cannot figure out where it goes. I checked all the screw holes for the screws I took out and none require this. Any ideas?

Ah, I figured it out. It slipped out from between the bumper and the inner fender liner.
