Which way do rear FMS M5300F spings go?

I'm installing a set of M5300L springs, does the progressive part of the rear spring go up or down? I have no instructions.

EDIT - Should have wrote M-5300-L springs (not F).

It really doesn't matter which way it's fitted. The soft coils will still compress more at lighter loadings, and the harder coils at higher loadings. But I have read that it is better to have the tighter wound coils up top since that side has more mass, and that's the way I always install mine.
