White paint on door locks and window switches

I'm thinking about repainting the little white triangle indicators on these switches that are getting worn from years of being fingered (yeah baby) and thought doing it with some type of luminous paint might work well since Ford didn't bother to back-light them in any way (how dumb was that...):

Anyone ever try doing this to restore and dress up the interior?

Good idea. I would attempt to make a stencil so you don't make it look like shit trying to free hand it.

Yeah, figured some painters detailing tape and a small paint brush or something similar. Likely use my wife or 15yr old son as laborers since they have the artistic knack.
