Thanks, JL.
Your 93 is SWEET.
Did you go 10.90's with the stock heads and cam?
I really had plans for aluminum heads, etc. a couple of years ago, but this thing just keeps going faster as is, so I will just keep racing it until something breaks, then upgrade.

New best Friday night (6-15-01).
10.88 @ 126 w/1.57 60 foot.
They wouldn't let me run anymore because of too many rules violations and too many warnings. Oh well, I was just after the 10 slip anyway.

I have run a 9.588 at 144.78 on motor in my '95 Cobra. Car weighs 3325# and ran a 1.37 60'.

My '00 Cobra 'R has run 12.65 at 108. Always run on radial and experiences severe IRS wheel hop.

With my copius butticus in the drivers' seat, the red '99 Lightning
weighs 4880 pounds. The best run it had, bone stock was 14.2
AT 99.94 mph. But, that was on the hottest day of the summer.
Now "Big Red" has a SHM chip, pulley, MAF sensor, and a Bassani
exhaust. Last weekend it did a 13.50@104, and a 13.40@105,
but that is on the street tires. This week it got 373's, and I need
WHEELS, AND TIRES to hook it up. I hope to have a 12 second
story from the Ford drags later this month.

No Pics yet. Digital Camera coming from daughter, and son-in-
law.
The 3.73's may help get me 1320ft quicker, but the real success
wil be attained when I can get the "hook."
My 60ft times are always 1.8 or higher. I have to be able to get
a consistent launch. I roll out of the box, on street tires, to
about 15-25mph, in 18-30ft, and then I try to mash the accel-erator into the headlights, and I just hold it there, until I cross
the "white stripe," and then I get off of it, and brake.
If I could just find a set of 15" rims, onto which I could put a set
of M/T drag, or Hoosier drag tires, AND select the proper diameter
so all 4 wheels are going the same number or rpm, to accomodate
the PCM, I could have; (1) No wheel spin, and (2) 12.4 to 12.6 ets.

You could always try a power launch................. but you would probably just sit there and burn all the rubber off............. :D
