A few years ago I was at a local car show and there was this 1968 427 Vette there that had just undertaken a full restoration. I believe it took almost two years to do it. It got a trophy. Anyway, at the end of the show this idiot in a not-so-pretty '70 GTO decided to get stupid and try a short burnout. He ended up losing control of the car and he crashed into that Vette. Totalled the Vette. I wasn't able to stay for the aftermath. What a shame! All due to someone being stupid behind the wheel. :-(
