If people were half as outraged at the inability of the worthless politicians to honor their oaths to the Constitution and fullfil their promises to their office and the People who voted them in and were held to an actual standard, this might be a country with fewer problems.
but instead we're too worried about what Lindsay Stone posted on her ****ing facebook. that's the real tragedy in all of this. our society has become a bunch of mindless zombies drowning in the bottomless abyss of social media and instant news sensationalism and we are too worried about what unimportant people are doing instead of worrying about what the important people who matter are doing and should be doing.
I dont see any of you calling for Obama Bin Laden's impeachment as he prepares to drive our nation off the fiscal cliff.

i got to visit Arlington two years ago. there are signs everywhere asking you to keep the noise down, or something like that. i was amazed at the clueless people walking around just yapping away and laughing like they were at disneyland.
and to top it off, on the backside of the ceremonial changing of the guard, is a small theater "arena" with a big chair at the front. some dumb lady goes up there and sits in it and is hollering at her friend about 20 feet away to take a picture of her sitting in the chair. :nonono:
also saw some tourist clown yapping away on his cell phone as he was cruising right through the Vietname Memorial. wtf? cant go around?? :shrug::kaboom:

Proof this country is going down in this incident is two fold. On one hand you have this person. On the other, you have everyone calling for her to be fired and calling her all sorts of horrible names. Was is disrespectful, yes. Is it worth losing her job, no. Public scolding, yes. But to ruin her life, this country has truly lost it if we are going to do this to people.
What you and a lot of the others don't seem to get is that this was done on company time. She was SUPPOSED to be escorting vets not making a public ass of herself and the company she worked for.
Had she done this on HER time I would agree with you but she didn't. If I owned a company and one of my employees did that on MY time I would fire her ass as well.
why is that? in right to work states, you can be fired for any reason at all...or none.
