FYI, I use boltdepot.com for all my new bolts. They have supplied pretty much all the fasteners for my car's projects.

Do you know the thread pitch and size of the bellhousing bolts?

Here are OEM replacements.
Ford Performance Mustang Modular Bellhousing Installation Kit - Manual M-7771-A (96-10 4.6L) - Free Shipping

I think the 5 main bolts are M10x1.5x65mm with 2 longer ones at 75mm. They have a smaller than normal 13mm head too.

Another option could be Allen head socket bolts class 12.9 plus washers. This setup would $6.21 from boltdepot.
