You don't need a tune for the things you added. ECU has a bit of a learning curve and will react to the mods you listed. Also, your NA so you're not going to see much of a gain if not any at all with the mods you listed.

By the way, your number difference could be as simple as having more air in the tire when you dyno'ed it before.
